The minimum purchase order value is 50 euros incl. VAT. The minimum purchase order value does not apply to computer applications.
Delivery is made free within Germany for orders valued at 300 euros or more; in other cases a flat-rate delivery charge of 9.52 euros (8 euros plus VAT) is made.
The shipping costs for goods with an invoice value of up to 1,000 euros which are delivered abroad is 29.75 euros (25 euros plus VAT). For goods with an invoice value of over 1,000 euros, the corresponding shipping costs are 2.5% of the value of the goods plus VAT.
Example: The invoiced value of the goods, incl. VAT, is 1,150 euros. 2.5% of this amount corresponds to 28.75 euros + VAT = 34.21 euros.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop constitutes a non-binding online catalogue and not a legally binding offer. You place a binding order for the articles in your shopping basket by entering your personal data and then clicking the "Order" button. After completing the order process you will receive immediate confirmation that it has been received. A contract of sale is concluded upon receipt of our acknowledgement of order or delivery of the goods.

Information on cancelling orders
You are entitled to revoke your contractual declaration in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) within a period of two weeks without stating grounds or by returning the goods, unless you have placed an order as part of your commercial or self-employed activities (orders placed by business enterprises). Consequences of cancellation
If the contract is successfully rescinded, the delivered goods and any payments received will be returned to the relevant party to the contract and any benefits associated with the same (such as interest) surrendered. In the event that you are not able to return all or part of the goods delivered to you, or if you return the delivered goods in a damaged condition, you will be obliged to pay a certain amount of compensation. This will not apply if the damage to the goods is solely the result of the performance of inspections of the type which may be carried out in retail business. Furthermore, you can also avoid the payment of compensation for damages if you do not make use of the goods as owner and do not do anything to otherwise affect the value of the goods. Goods that can be sent by parcel post can be returned to us at our own cost and risk; goods that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you.
You will be liable for the costs of the return delivery if the delivered goods correspond with the goods as ordered and if the price of the returned goods is less than 40 euros or - in the case of more expensive items - if you had not made payment or contractually agreed part payment for the items at the time of your cancellation.
